You only train them once a week? What exercises do you do for them? with what weights?

The shape of my biceps is mostly genetics.

I DONT HAVE ANY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT!! And after this incident I can also assure you I never will get one.
I was so angry and sad when I saw that false Facebook account- made by someone claiming to be ME!!
Luckily I was happy to find out that the Facebook team took this matter serious- and they immediately removed that False account from Facebook. THANK YOU FACEBOOK TEAM!
