Subject: Asian Noodles
We tried the Mee Krob and Sevian Kheer tonight; the Mee Krob didn't come out as dark in color and seemed a bit drier than in class - is something missing from the recipe?

Thank you for all your responses so far,, I take all your input and use it for future classes, and enjoy the discussions during class,, so dont be afraid to speak up and ask questions,, and if you want to do something outside of the classroom just get with me and we can work it out...

I realize now that it would be very helpful to have the reciepes in class to write notes on them. I have forgotten so many tid bits. If this is possible that would be great. Thanks so much for the great classes so far. |

Camilla: Thank you Kim for your suggestion! Recipes will be handed out from now on. And also for next class I promise to post the recipes in advance in case you want to look at them before class.

I now see that the chili recipes are up, just not the lemon/lime ones... I have noticed that when the lessons and recipe links come up on the screen they are on top of some of the text for the class... |

Our internet has been down but is now working again.  I will try to finish writing the recipes and upload them later tonight. Also, I think you might have another resolution than what I have designed the website for. Try to change your computer's resolution to 1024x768.
